This is erroneous. Even our great Bharatha Dharma Yuddha is placed nearly 5200 years ago, ie 3200 years before the Common Era. We are already suffering under the wrongful establishment by our turncoat historians via our macaulayan educational system and texts, of terrible historical lies about incidents, dates, places an more regarding our Land and her people. I have noticed that often the most sincere people make mistakes regarding dates, parroting what they have been taught in school, or as written in conventional history texts. Many scholars and others are struggling heroically against all odds to recover and re-establish our true Charithra with our own people and the world. So we, epecially forums like yours, must take great care to see that these mistakes are not made. One wrong date can totally mess up the whole historical lineages and occurances of our Land. One example is the date of 9th C Common Era given to Adi Shankara instead of 6th C Before Common Era.

I also am of the very strong opinion that we have got to abandon this Common Era nonsense, for it is common to nobody but the Christian population of the world, if that. And as the christians did not know about zero – 0, they have begun the era with one -1. The consequence of a mathematical error like that is wrong dates till infinity. So in this time of so called high science and atomic clocks, we are following a foolishly wrong calendar. I suggest that we arrive at some significant and unique astronomical incident in the historical past that has been observed by the whole world, and use that as the time from which we can start our present era.

I conclude by thanking you for a well designed and critically required web-site on our history. I am recommending your site to many who are in search of credible sources of our True history.

The poverty of mind at the back of Western scholarship vis-a-vis Hinduism was thus brilliantly portrayed. He also questioned the notion current in his times that India had always been a game for every foreign invader. It was he who showed with facts and dates and for the first time that the Islamic sword which had swept so swiftly over a large part of the world had taken a long time even to breach the borders of India, and that it had failed in the final round. Our people were thus enabled to look back at their past with a sense of pride. […]
